Ordering & Contract Formation

Personalised Products
- All personalised items are made specifically to your selected design, text, or customisation.
- Because these items are customised, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you change your mind (unless faulty or not as described).
- Please review your design and details carefully before confirming your order.
Product Information
- We aim to accurately describe all products, including images, colours, sizing, and personalization options.
- However, minor variations may occur due to screen displays, manufacturing processes, or embroidery printing batch differences.
- All measurements are approximate.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices shown on the website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time before your order is confirmed.
- Payment is due at the time of ordering via the payment methods available at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by third‑party payment providers; CapsStudio does not store full card details.
Delivery
- Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier availability, weather, peak seasons, or other events.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the goods are delivered to the address you provided.
Returns & Faulty Goods
- Because personalised products are customised, they cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty or not as described.
- If your item arrives defective or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- We will assess and (where appropriate) repair, replace, or refund the item in line with your statutory rights.
Promotions & Discount Codes
- Promo codes must be used at the time of ordering and cannot be applied to past orders.
- Only one discount code may be used per order unless explicitly permitted.
Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and custom design templates, is owned by CapsStudio or licensed to us.
- You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
